1. Description of Service
BriefBox AI provides automated OCR text recognition, information extraction, summaries, and GiroCode QR-code generation for paper mail uploaded via Telegram.
2. Disclaimer of Liability (As-Is)
The application and all extracted metadata (amounts, dates, IBAN, BIC) are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind. You must check the accuracy of extracted numbers (especially bank IBANs and payment amounts) before executing any bank transfers.
3. Security Measures
We implement state-of-the-art security measures (SSL encryption, local PII redaction, secure EU hosting) to safeguard user files, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all malicious third-party attacks.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload any illegal documents, malware, or content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
